Have a doctor questioning the WHO guidelines on powdered ABM for infants
under 4 wks.  I recommended to parents of 37.5 wk twins (born by C-Sec at
that specific age for Dr.s convenience!!!!  Dr told parents this!)  that
they switch from powdered to ready to feed or concentrate - Ped said - there
was no proof, there was no need - keep babies on powdered - use tap water is
fine.Arrgghh!!  Now of course I cannot find the safe prep info to back up my
recommendations.grrr..
