A current client has true inverted nipples. One nipple will evert with effort,
the other will not. Her milk has now come in, and lets down and flows freely
from the nipple which will evert. She cannot express any milk from the breast
with the inverted nipple, although it is very full and becoming uncomfortable.
Could this nipple be blocked by the adhesions that cause the inversion? Any
ideas or suggestions?

Thank you!
Julie
