I have a question about transitioning to the WHO growth curve from the Fenton premature growth chart. The Fenton curves "equal the WHO growth standard at 50 week". Does this mean when you transition a premature infant to the standard curve that you begin plotting on the curve at 10 weeks? The percentiles seem to line up well and this way it is adjusted for their gestational age. Am I interpreting this correctly?
