Ok, my husband and I just watched those and we don't
get them.  Yes, we know all about Romulus and Remus,
but it still makes *no* sense, IMO.   Of course, I
don't watch TV and am not really exposed to much
advertising so I may be clueless....

Here's the thing that bothers me though.  The "spicy"
version of the commercial shows the man and a wolf pup
nursing; the "mild" version shows the man getting his
face licked by the mama and the pup.  Again, we have
this odd idea that there is something "spicy" or
risque about nursing, even in dogs.  :-(

OK, My interpretation was this:
The guy was raised (breastfed) by wolves, so he doesn't know that Quiznos toasted subs are better than the generic untoasted sub he is eating....
They must not have read the IQ studies :)
