Update on my dilemma:

If you have about 5 minutes go to the OBGYN site at
http://www.obgyn.net/pb/pb.htm

Look down the left column to the green blocks and click on ADD
URL-suggest a link and suggest LaLeche League site .  The url is
http://www.lalecheleague.org/

It only takes about 2 minutes to fill in the form, if enough of us do,
maybe they will add it to at least balance the formula one!!!!
