Anne,
I have no specific expertise in NICU/SCN for babies but the exclusion of
mothers from their babies horrifies me. I just cannot imagine how it can be
beneficial for a child to be separated from their mother. Can some one
explain this to me?  Is there something important that I am missing?

Even the neonatal nursery is now closed to
