Hi Maya

Welcome to Lactnet and best wishes for your exam.

This sounds like a very complex situation and therefore it's very hard to
make any  suggestions - have you discussed the issues with other LLL
counsellors or are there any IBCLCs nearby? (ask the mother's permission first)

Let the mother know you are there to support her and try to maintain a
non-judgemental attitude.
