i just had a call from a doctor. i sent her a report on a client who has the
most clear cut obvious case of foremilk hindmilk imbalance. this doctor is
working up the baby for various serious things, including suspecting dairy
allergy. "i work in a practice of nine doctors and none of them have ever
heard of this!" she did say they had all had "a lot of information about
breastfeeding during our training." that's great. it's just not possible to
cover everything.

i was just pleased to have gotten their attention.
