I was one of them ; )

I know this is a difference of opinion and practice, and things may
not be black and white, and these situations depend on judgement, so
often.

But I still don't think that a baby who has not nursed at all in two
days is in danger....as long as there are no clinical signs of
dehydration or low blood sugar, of course - and professional carers
would be watching for those signs.

Clearly, the situation is one that merits attention, but intervention
with formula?

Sorry - I'm still unconvinced : )
