Regarding my post of a few days ago on a test carried out in Norway on
samples of breast milk--
Thanks for your interest. It seems there is little concrete information
about this topic, judging by the responses.
A word of caution: this was a simple test, done on very few samples. The
methods described will make it possible for anyone with a microbiology lab
to replicate the test themselves, and the size of the test makes it feasible
as well. Before any institution changes policy, or any person changes their
recommendations, there should be more data to support such a change. The
findings of this test were unequivocal, yes, but the test was tiny.
yours on this never-ending quest for truth
