I saw Dr. Hale speak at a conference and he was talking about progesterone
not dropping in some women immediately post partum, and the resulting
supply issues, and said this drug was a great rememdy for this, evidently
he has used it. I asked if it would work for low supply due to suspected
placental fragments and he said he thought this would be a good drug for
this also, perhaps eliminating the need for surgical intervention. All the
women he was talking about were post partum, with nursing newborns, so I
suspect he has seen no problems while using it.

The drug is a progesterone antagonist, and is and can be used for more than
the one thing. (Including certain types of breast cancer as well as
selected lactation difficulties.)
