Is there anyone familiar with lymphatic hemangiomas? I have a pt with a lymphatic hemangioma in her left arm pit. Her left breast did not fully develop, it is about 1/3 of the size of her right. She also has weeping lymphatic fluid and bumps noted. She also has unrelated dilated cardiomyopathy.
This woman is 3 days post partum and is noticing some swelling to the left breast indicative of milk production. She is nursing the baby well on the right breast.
Any suggestions?
