You don't mention what this mom's symptoms are but you might consider that it actually 
isn't yeast.  If she is having some of the common yeast-like complaints like burning, 
stabbing and pain in between feeds, this might be due to a bacterial infection.  Some 
researchers have been unable to find yeast living in the milk ducts but have found women 
to be colonized with bacteria who respond to antibiotic treatment.
