John, I am not sure if these points are outlined in the Final Research Brief 
from the pdf "Using Loving Support To Implement Best Practices in Peer 
Counseling" available on the wicworks site. It is the 162pg PDF w/ the link: 
Final Research Brief.  It has been a while since I read it but I do think 
that the information may be available in that doc.
