Bonnie:  I've posted this before, but here it is again...Vitex (aka Chaste
Tree) and wild yam in combo (available as such through Nature's Sunshine
Products) are extremely effective for vaginal dryness and Lactational
Ammenorrhea induced insomnia.  I have never had a mom had supply problems as
a result either even when they responded negatively to the estrogen patch.
