In Riordan and Auerbach, chapter 14, "Breastfeeding the Preterm Infant",
there is a section about "Hindmilk feeding" (pg. 463).   The authors
discuss lactoengineering to create a higher fat content of milk for the
premature baby.  Hindmilk is separated out and fed to the preemie baby to
increase weight gain.  Could the opposite help the baby with the
chylothorax -- i.e. separating out the foremilk and feeding it to baby?
