Thank you very much for your remarks and comments on my case. 
The mother has not taken any vitamin or mineral supplements or any other medications. Plus she tried to remove apple from her diet but the symptoms continued. How long do you think it would take for a possible allergen to clear from her system?
And do you think it is possible to continue to breastfeed even if the stool doesn't improve (no blood but lots of mucus)? Or is it better to breastfeed and supplement with Neocate? 
Otherwise the baby appears to be well and also grows well. 
The baby's brother has proved to be allergic to several foods, but it seems that he started to outgrow it.
