I found it in a 10 year old PDR. Maybe this will give you some clues for
further ssearching. It is also known by the name Forane, generic name
isoflurane.

"Non-inflammable liquid administered by vaporizing for inhalation
anesthesia . . . ."

There is very little information given about it.

The next drug listed, Suprane, is apparently possibly related as its
generic name is desflurane. In the section on nursing mothers for this
inhalation anesthetic agent, it says "The concentrations of desflurane in
milk are probably of no clinical importance 24 hours after anesthesia.
Because of rapid washout, desflurane concentrations in milk are predicted
to be below those found with other volatile potent anesthetics." (Bear in
mind this is a different drug though.)

Hope this clue helps in your search for information.

Also found neostigmine in the same PDR, under the name of Prostigmin. One
of its uses is indeed prevention and treatment of postoperative
distention and urinary retention. Another use is for myesthenia gravis
symptoms. In the section on Nursing mothers it says "It is not known
whether Prostigmin is excreted in human milk.Because many drugs are
excreted in human milk and because of the potential for serious adverse
reactions from Prostigmin in nursing infants, a decision shuld be made
whether to discontinue nursing or to dicontinue the drug, taking into
account the importance of the drug for the mother."

Bear in mind this edition is 10 years old. Maybe this info will help you
find more in other places.
