I agree that it is best to kindly explain to any men present when one
arrives that one needs to have their privacy and ask them to wait
outside the room until one is done pumping.
 
Have one of the moms make a nice neat sign on her computer that says in
a kind and pleasant tone, "Moms only please, for privacy reasons" or
some such, and post it on the door.  Make copies, and replace as
needed.
 
In a pinch, use a marker and a sheet of blank paper, but put a smiley
face on it, to take out the sting of disappointment for the dads.  Tell
moms to bring their own tape, paper, and markers just in case.  In a
real pinch, find some paper-like substance and something to mark with
and use IV tape.
 
One doesn't need permission to signal that a public undressing room is
currently being used for single sex use only.
