Thank you to the many of you responded privately to my post awhile back
about credentials and LLL Leaders. I received 31 emails from LLL Leaders
thanking me, 4 neutral RN emails and 8 very hostile RN emails. 'Just
thought you'd be interested. There's quite a bit of bridge building to be
done here.

To answer the question that I've been asked privately many, many times now
"Why don't I post on a Lactnet using my LLL affiliations?" I am very proud
of my LLL affiliations, but LLL Leaders and administrators (especially
APLs) are not supposed to post without formal review with their LLLI
"credentials" and they are not supposed to use their "other
credentials--PhD, RN, MPH, JD, IBCLC, MD, or whatever" when they use their
LLLI credentials. This puts those of us in a quandry about where we want
to "affiliate" ourselves. So, please don't ask...many of us are very torn
about this topic.
Chris
