LLL also recommends using saline solution soaks on damaged nipple tissue in
addition to air drying and BM.  I believe some time ago someone on LACTNET
suggested 1/2 stength hydrogen peroxide soaks could be used in place of the
saline.  Am I remembering this correctly?  Saline solution soaks are also
used on burn wounds and I have great (rapid) success with healing nipples
this way.
