Just another thought, that there is quite a bit of difference between
using paan all day every day, and having one small serving during an
annual religious ceremony. I point this out not because it would change
one's prescriptive advice about using betel nut, but because it could
change one's advice about what to do about the breastmilk if called
after a small dose of paan was consumed during a religious ritual.
