Absolutely not.  As a matter of fact, you need to confront her -- if she is
signing her stuff and calling herself an IBCLC, and you can contact IBLCE who
will formally reprimand her.  An expired IBCLC is just that.  Dead.  Unless
she chooses to reup.  It's imperative to keep the profession clean.
