Debbie, I will try to find out about testing for hexane.  This is a very
specific reason health food stores carry only expeller, cold pressed
oils.  The quantity of residual will matter as to testing.  What
percentage DHA & AA are of the entire batch, I would guess.  But it is
sure nothing to brag

about.  I wonder if in Europe it is extracted the very same way or by
some other safer, more expensive manner.  Some countries in
Europe/Scandinavia are much more stringent regarding certain chemicals
in the food supply.

Judy, can an end product, like formula, be tested for hexane residual?
