I have heard a rumor that the upcoming ballot will also include some bylaws
changes - one that concerns me is combining the positions of Secretary and
Treasurer. I have huge concerns that these are two high level positions with
different skills sets -- and knowing how necessary it is for meticulous
record keeping in the financial area of an organization, fear that there are
few individuals that wish to take on these two responsibilities.
Just a heads up and a request for ILCA members to vote for what you feel is
best for YOUR organization.
