What do you mean (signs/symptoms) by panic attacks? And what kind of
breastfeeding problems is this mother-baby having? Is it time for a mental
health referral?

I always ask moms about their mental health history--Ever have or wondered if
you've had--depression, eating disorder, abuse, etc. Find (anecdotal) panic
and certain breastfeeding problems are more linked to histories of sexual
abuse.
