Rachel - you can offer these comments to the journal, see my link 
published earlier.

The published version is clearer, and the tables are better.

My own feeling is that the authors know about IQ and IQ testing, but 
they really don't know about breastfeeding and breastfeeding 
research.  This is a massive gap.
