Yes, I've used breast shells myself while I was breastfeeding my twin
daughters. Back then, the only type I could get were called Swedish Milk
Cups, and for me they worked really well. Not to "diminish leakage" exactly,
but to catch leakage and keep it from soaking through my clothes. I used
them because I was always hyper-full, and without them I was prone to
plugged ducts, even mastitis; the slight pressure they exerted just kind of
squished out the excess between fdgs. I loved them, except that they were
kind of un-subtle (normally, I was pretty small-breasted and not used to
being preceeded by my chest into a room). Nowadays they make kinds with
better ventilation to increase air circulation around the breast, but I have
to say that for me they didn't contribute to yeast infections.

Subject: Product to diminish breastmilk leakage

I am looking for feedback on a type of product which is worn inside the
bra, over the nipple and areola, to diminish leakage.

Has anyone worked with clients who have used this type of product
successfully, without decreasing milk supply and without increasing risk
of yeast infections?

Thanks,
