    You are correct.  I accidentally used a troy oz. conversion scale.  I
used a great website for it, however.  It is www.metric-conversions.org.  Just
when I did the search specifically for grams to oz., I ended up with the gram to
Troy oz. window.  Thanks for the correction.  I agree.  I would not panic
about a 6.6 pound gain.  I wasn't concerned about 8 pounds either.  I would much
rather worry about the babies that don't gain.

I get a different amount when I calculate the conversion:

1 gram = .002205 pounds

3,000 grams = 6.6 pounds
