In fact, the date of WBW is a problem around the world.

I was in the WABA Steering Group Meeting, in Chicago, july'95 and this
was a polemic issue. The conclusion is that, unfortunately, it's
impossible to have only one date to all countries.

In Brazil we are looking for anwers of the people if they prefer august
or october to WBW.

I think that we will change to october may be first or second week,
because most of the answers that we received, was that august is
not a good date because rain or it's could.

It wiil be better if all the people could comemmorate WBW together but I
thinks this will be impossible.
