I am from Dominican Republic and in my own experience, I travel to USA at
least once a year and I haven't seen disinsection in airplanes and have not
heard anybody talking about that. I have seen it in our frontier with
Haiti, when they come to D.R., the pesticide is sprayed onto the buses and
cars.
