Moving off-topic, but we are fighting so much more than the medical
establishment here.

I was in my state capitol a couple of weeks ago and picked up a 'Legislative
Guide' which has contact information for all of our state Senators and
Representatives. All of the legislators who where physicians had an MD
after their names, but they where the *only* identified professionals. No
other legislator had a LD, DC, DDS, MS, PhD, RN or any other qualification
listed.

I don't know how that decision was made, but it certainly offers a glimpse
of how society as a whole views physicians.
