There is pediatric dosing for dicyclomine.  The pediatric dose is much greater than the amount in a liter of breast milk.
The RID is 6.9%.
If the mother takes and breastfeeds, follow the recommended observations in Hale.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome
				
				Infants >6 months: 5 mg PO q6-8hr; not to exceed 20 mg/day PO  

				Children: 10 mg PO q6-8hr; not to exceed 40 mg/day PO  
Administration
				
				Take 30-60 minutes before a meal
