  I would add fenugreek 3 cups or capsule equiv to mom's diet. Unfortunately
Motilium is not avail in the u.s. it is used in canada. Motilium has none of
the sde effects of reglan. there is an article on the use of meds to bring up
suply but not sure you would want to add that to all that is mother has going
on at the moment...
