Hi,

I have a client who would like to bill her insurance for the breastpump she is 
purchasing. I have given her a superbill ( I received them from the UCLA 
lactation program), but there is a space next to breastpump for an "HCPCS 
code" for the pump, and I don't know what it is. I have checked the Medela 
website, and I see codes for lactation consults, but not for the pumps.
