My firstborn daughter had swollen breasts and at 10w secreted dried witch's  
milk primarily in the R breast.  I'd already read up on it, and was not  
concerned.  My midwife said it's quite common... and no concern with the  10w 
period - nor the fact that it was dried up/crusty.  (if she was  nursing... it 
surely would have led to a plug!)
