Rebecca,
A couple of thoughts. Sometimes a woman has silicone implants placed due to
insufficient glandular tissue/hypoplasia. This could be a primary lactation
insufficiency.
The low body wt/low body fat and daily rigourous exercise can lead to
anovulatory state.
I don't know about the domperidone and what effect discontinuing after long
term use would have.
I am always of the philosophy that, if at all possible, to respond to baby's
increased need to bf.
