Why Hasn't This Been Done ??
 This seems like a perfect way to create a strong IBCLC title and profession
by creating the "resident".
There would no longer be a need for Lamaze, Bradely and other organizations
to validate the basic working experience/knowlegage of breastfeeding counselling
if ILCA or IBCLC took care of this.

 Inquiring minds wants to know the politics that lie behind this one!
It sounds like this could be a fun NEW YEAR debate for the women in charge ;/
