I often think of that poor girl, who was so young, who so innocently 
told me that breastfeeding should never happen in this store, after all 
"there are children here and families."  She obviously had no idea how 
her simple comments would be taken or to what level they would go.  I 
doubt she will ever say anything again without thought.  I almost feel 
sorry for her.

I agree that FAO handled everything just right.  I am impressed with 
them.  From the get go they took my (and everyone else's) complaint and 
concerns very seriously, and took action.  They listened and were open 
to new ideas.  And they are passing this message on to their employees, 
who are no doubt talking about it with their families.  This is how real 
change happens.
