This letter template exists thanks to the Illinois state breastfeeding task force:


Here you will locate templates for expressing satisfactory and unsatisfactory breastfeeding support in the hospital setting to be distributed to hospital administrators.

As for scales. I'm confused, at least half a dozen of the IBLCE core competencies are related to assessment of infant growth, development, and adequate intake. Why all the dogma surrounding scale use? It's a tool.
