Thank you so much for all of your advice.  My clients nipples are now almost completely healed!!!!  Yay!  We used 15mg biotin, 50mg zinc, probiotics (all per day), and APNO cream.  Now, here is the deal....since she started this regiment (on saturday) her baby has thrown up (mouth and nose) several times.  There is a flu bug going around her kids' school, but I thought I would see if anyone else has ever found this reaction in a baby to the above supplements and cream.  Is it possible that this regiment is too strong for the baby's tummy (baby is 17 days old) or is this coincidence?  Should we back off of something?

Would love to hear what everyone has to say.
