I have a client who has a three week infant who experiences a strong letdown pain that radiates right down to her knees!  Has anyone else come across this?  If so, any suggestions on how to relieve it?  Possibliy any homeopathic remedies? No sign of Reynaud's Syndrome. Otherwise, the mom and infant are doing well.
