Cathy uses skim milk vs ice cream.  I'm in a rural state where many couples
are farm or ranch families and I use as an example, when you've milked a
cow, poured the milk into a class gallon jar (typical), and let it sit on
the counter til the cream rises, then you scoop it off to make butter.
Everyone seems to understand that example!
