MY first daughter's took forever to fall off- medicated birth,
c-section- used alcohol on it.  My second was off in no time-
unmedicated, VBAC and I used goldenseal powder on it.  I liked the
goldenseal better.  I saved the stumps to put in their baby books
since I saw..... a movie about Vietnam in   which a wizard is
consulted using the cord stump.  I thought it might come in handy.  :-)

I have two placentas in my freezer at home in Colorado.  I thought I
would use them for a tree but we have a beautifully landscaped yard so
I'm not certain what to do.  My renters had the same thing and they
found at least one in their freezeer when they moved from Isreal.
Their youngest is 6.
