An argument I've had from nurses (NOT one that I find valid) is that they have 
to weigh the baby in order to determine if baby is LGA/SGA and thereby 
meeting criteria for blood sugar checks.

With c-sections, arguments I've heard range from 'it's too cold in the delivery 
room' to 'what if baby slips'.  Again, not really valid arguments, but those are 
the ones I've heard.
