I remember my mom scalding cow's milk and then would simply lift the milk
skin off with a spoon and throw it out.  I know it's wasting a bit of
breastmilk, but in the end you get most of it frozen safely.  And as
Catherine said, if baby is getting most of milk from the "source," then it
doesn't matter too much in the grand scheme of things if the frozen milk is
