 Pamela, you had mention 'deficient quantity' before, as a reason we in US need to supplement.  Your message today makes developing countries seem so much smarter, following WHO guidelines than US NICUs that follow mfg guidelines.  Would be fascinating to see comparison studies!  But I doubt any mfg would willingly participate when they have such a good market here....and you know where they hope US practices will spread....just like formula use for healthy FT babies......Pat in SNJ, USA
