I cannot think of any reason at all why the baby should not get the mother's
milk.  If he is concerned about contamination, the donor can be tested for
HIV, Hep B, Hep C etc.  If there is really a reason to use lactose free
milk, lactase can be added to the breastmilk, producing lactose free
breastmilk.  Indeed, there are many reasons, and we need not go into this,
why breastmilk *should* be used.  Like better brain development, in a baby
whose brain development would be in question, for example.  Like better
immunity, in a baby at risk in a hospital setting etc.
