Dear Pat,

I don't understand why this mom is pumping at all.  Are the babies being
supplemented in addition to feeds at the breast?  If not, then why pump?
Unnecessary pumping in addition to feeding and caring for twins seems
almost criminal in view of the many other more productive and healthy
things that this mom could be doing with the time and energy spent
pumping.
