That suggestion came from the IBCLE regional office as the easiest way of doing it.  It is not easy to get all the general ed requirements - they are not offered in any comprehensive manner.  Otherwise I would have to do specific individual subjects from universities in order to get the general ed requirements which would be even more expensive.
It is the general education requirements that are posing the problem as a non-health practitioner.
